The Smart Review System is a software and service designed to help local businesses automate the collection of Google reviews. We provide personalized setup, automated messaging (SMS/email), and customer follow-up technology.

3. Subscriptions, Pricing, and Test Pilots

Stepped Pricing: Our standard service utilizes a stepped pricing model: $49 for Month 1, $79 for Month 2, and $149 per month from Month 3 onward.

Setup Fees: A standard one-off $100 setup fee applies unless you are enrolled in a specific promotion (e.g., the Test Pilot program).

No Long-Term Contracts: Services are provided on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.

4. User Responsibilities and Consent

By using the Smart Review System to contact your customers, you agree that:

Consent: You have obtained the necessary legal consent from your customers to send them SMS messages or emails for review requests.

Compliance: You will not use the system to send spam, unsolicited promotional material, or any content that violates the Australian Spam Act 2003 (or equivalent local laws).

Accuracy: The business information, logos, and Google links you provide for your personalized setup are accurate and legally belong to you.

5. Third-Party Platforms (Google)

Our service facilitates the collection of reviews on Google. We are not affiliated with Google. We cannot guarantee that Google will publish a specific review, nor are we responsible for Google removing reviews or altering your Google Business Profile rankings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brisbane Local SEO Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Smart Review System. We are not responsible for any negative reviews your business may receive from customers utilizing our system links.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms of Service (e.g., using the platform to send unauthorized spam). You may terminate this agreement at any time by contacting us to cancel your subscription.
